For Lawyers

I describe the abuse of people in medical research in my scientific publications and books now for several years.1,2,3,4,5 It is numerically the most extensive abuse of humans in medical research since Beecher’s critical article in 19666 and the termination of the Tuskegee study in 1972.7  This abuse takes place for more than twenty years with the approval of the US regulatory authorities, and since 2007 with the approval of the European Union (EU) regulatory authorities. Furthermore, it is supported by today’s mainstream science.8 Most “pediatric” studies are performed internationally, worldwide, with the consequence that minors in North America are harmed in studies required by the European Medicines Agency.

Minors can only participate in clinical studies if their parents have given informed consent. When parents begin to doubt whether this permission was reasonable, lawyers are among the following important points of contact. When people are harmed, lawyers are the only ones who can immediately help to at least get compensation for the harm suffered.

My focus has expanded from advising pharmaceutical companies to publishing, lecturing, advising clinicians, lawyers, patient advocacy groups, journalists, and more. I am open to suggestions. E-mail or call +41 61 312 0510.
